Understand your body. Change the way you care for it.

The science matters because it can replace years of frustration with an explanation. When you understand insulin resistance and the role of muscle, food, movement, sleep, and stress, your daily choices finally have a reason behind them.

Why this matters in real life

Insulin resistance is more than a lab concept. It shows up in the parts of life people feel every day: energy crashes, constant cravings, stubborn weight, brain fog, and the sense that your old strategies no longer work. Improving metabolic health is about more than a better number. It is a body that feels more supportive of the life you want to live.

I

Insulin resistance, in plain language

Insulin is the hormone that moves sugar out of your blood and into your cells for energy. When cells stop responding to it well, your body makes more and more of it, and that quiet imbalance drives stubborn weight, cravings, low energy, and afternoon crashes.

Improving how your body responds to insulin is the lever most programs never touch. It is why eating less and moving more can stop working, and why addressing the root cause changes the whole picture.

It was never about willpower. It was biology, and biology can change.

Where GLP-1 fits

GLP-1 is a hormone your body already makes. Prescription GLP-1 medications can be an appropriate tool for some people, in partnership with their physician. MoJo focuses on the lifestyle foundation around metabolic health: nutrition, fiber, movement and muscle, sleep, stress, and a sustainable daily rhythm. Whether someone uses medication or not, those foundations still matter. Any decision about GLP-1 medication belongs with you and your doctor.

Strength is part of the health plan

Muscle does more than shape how you look. It supports glucose use, mobility, resilience, and the ability to keep doing what you love as you age. That is why the MoJo lifestyle includes building and protecting strength, and looking beyond the scale.

Our commitment to the science

The products behind the Feel Great Protocol come from Unicity, a company built around research, quality, and metabolic health. That matters to us, because the routine we recommend should stand on evidence rather than marketing.

Every ingredient is chosen for a reason, studied for how it behaves in the body, and held to standards you can verify. When you understand what you are taking and why, the daily habit becomes easier to trust and easier to keep.

The research behind it

The Feel Great Protocol is backed by a substantial body of research and quality standards.

1M+

Customers

People have used the system in a few short years, with documented results.

Wireframe note for review: verify and source every numeric, PDR, institutional, customer-count, and product-performance claim before launch. Framed here as supportive, not as treatment for any disease.

Quality standards you can look up

These are the kinds of standards worth checking for yourself in any supplement, and they are a big part of why we trust what we recommend.

Patented formulations

Several formulas use proprietary technology protected by patents, so the specific approach is difficult to copy.

Third party tested

Independent labs check the formulas for purity, potency, and safety, alongside the company’s own testing.

Made to strict standards

Production follows Good Manufacturing Practices, with additional certifications for quality and consistency.

Listed in the PDR

Several products are listed in the Prescribers’ Digital Reference, a resource many clinicians use.

Wireframe note for review: confirm current patents, certifications, PDR listings, and study counts with Unicity’s compliance team, and match the exact approved wording before launch.

How these products are made

1

Designed with research

The science team reviews the published literature before a product is developed, and only a small number of ideas move forward each year.

2

Tested at every batch

Each batch goes through a long list of quality checks for identity, purity, potency, and contaminants. Anything that does not pass is rejected.

3

Produced in house

Unicity owns and runs its own manufacturing, which gives it control over quality from raw ingredient to finished product.

Published research

The ingredients in the system have been studied in clinical and scientific research. Below is a selection you can read in full. These are the researchers’ own study titles, and they describe findings on the ingredients and products, not a promise of results for any one person. The plain language section above explains the general science of insulin resistance and GLP-1; the studies here look specifically at the ingredients in the system.

The scientist behind the science

Dr. Ben Bikman, Ph.D., is a biomedical scientist and professor at Brigham Young University who has spent his career studying insulin resistance and metabolic health.

He directs the Bikman Laboratory of Obesity and Metabolism, wrote the bestselling book Why We Get Sick, and serves on Unicity’s Scientific Advisory Board. To be clear, he is a research scientist with a doctorate, not a medical physician, and nothing here is medical advice.

Questions people ask

Is this a medication?

No. The Feel Great Protocol is a set of dietary supplements paired with a simple daily rhythm. It supports the body and is not a substitute for medical care. Any medication decision belongs with you and your doctor.

What does natural GLP-1 mean?

GLP-1 is a hormone your body already makes that helps with fullness and blood sugar. Some ingredients in the system are studied for how they support your body’s own GLP-1 activity, which is different from a prescription GLP-1 medication.

How is this different from another supplement?

The focus is the system and the daily habit, built around insulin sensitivity and metabolic health, with research and quality standards behind the ingredients.

Is it safe?

The products are made to strict quality standards and tested for purity and potency. If you have a health condition, take medication, or are pregnant or nursing, talk with your doctor before starting.

What does it cost?

Many people compare the daily cost to a cup of coffee. We can walk you through the current options and the money back guarantee when you are ready.

You do not need a biology degree.

You need an explanation that makes your next step clearer. Tell us where you are, and we will help.
