Going into this challenge I had one main goal, to get control of how I eat. Mission accomplished. Having the accountability posts made me stick to my guns. Having the option for one reset meal a week kept me sane. I was able to go out and have popcorn at the movies and some pizza and still did not gain. That was huge to me. I am down five pounds and I lost two inches from my waist. I have a week to go, so I'm looking forward to seeing my full results. The next challenge I will add the commitment to exercise to the mix. Thanks to everyone who cheered me on and to all of the challengers, you rock for doing this. I couldn't get anyone to do this with me yet, but that didn't stop this train. I'm going for the distance. Be encouraged and keep taking care of your body. You only get one (unless you're the Six Million Dollar Man). 😉
