My name is Karyn and I live in central NY with my 3 kids and 2 dogs. I work as a registered nurse at a long term care facility and am currently pursuing my bachelors and masters of science. I have been feeling so much healthier and have more energy. Before this I was feeling sick all the time and lacked the energy to get out of bed in the morning, making it very difficult to get my kids to school and me to work. Now I’m up and ready to rule the day by 6am every day!
