Hi everyone, I'm Shannon from White Rock, BC (just outside Vancouver). I am also a Life Coach (5 yrs) and a Health and Wellness Coach (certification next month). I am here to get back on track with exercising! - yes, even coaches need coaching :). Ideally, I'd like to let go of about 10lbs, but more importantly, I want a regular exercise routine to become my new normal!
My overall results for 21 days are: lost 3lbs and 3.75in. I improved most on nearly eliminating snack attacks (only once last week) and being committed to exercising every single day - which remains my biggest goal. I'm going for habit building more than weight loss. It's been a huge win for me to stick to a daily commitment of exercising... I haven't missed a single day!!!
