Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

  •  1 1⁄4 teaspoons 'Sea salt'

  • (optional - seasonings of your choice)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

  2. Thoroughly rinse seeds and pick out stray bits.

  3. Pour seeds on a ‘sided’ cookie sheet.

  4. Combine Worcestershire sauce and melted coconut oil, pour over seeds and stir to distribute evenly.

  5. Sprinkle salt over seeds. (other seasonings ?)

  6. Bake for two hours, mixing & stirring every half hour.

  7. Let cool and enjoy!

  8. Store in airtight container.
