Blueberry Coconut Popsicles
Vegan, Gluten free - Serves 8
Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
360 ml Coconut milk
2 tbsp Maple syrup or agave nectar (or date syrup)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix or blend together and freeze in your favorite popsicle mold.
